Coaches and players from area soccer organizations will be sharing their skills on Saturday morning with special needs individuals.

Coaches and players from area soccer organizations will be sharing their skills on Saturday morning with special needs individuals at the first ever “Each One Teach One Soccer Alliance Fun Day.”

The event, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Brentwood Academy football field will provide an opportunity for individuals with special needs to play small-sided games while being coached by various club coaches and players in the Alliance.

The Each One Teach One Soccer Alliance is comprised of coaches and players from youth soccer clubs: Columbia FC, Eagle Express SC, Insanity FC, Murfreesboro Soccer Club, NUSA, Stones River Futbol Club, and White House Soccer Club. There will also be athletes and representatives from TOPSoccer, Special Olympics-TN, MillarRich, ABLE Youth, This event involves like-minded soccer clubs willing to support the growth of soccer through building relationships with organizations devoted to helping children and adults with special needs.

The goal of Each One Teach One Soccer Alliance Fun Day is for the local competitive youth players to share their love of soccer in a fun and interactive environment. Alliance youth soccer players will partner up with the disabled youth and adults to engage in a variety of soccer skills and games. This event will be the first of many involving multiple organizations in our joint effort to expand the growth of soccer in all communities in Middle Tennessee.

Walk-up players are welcome, arrive early to register with TOPSoccer.
