State Rep. Gino Bulso (R-Brentwood) has maintained his seat in the state legislature despite a challenge from both Democrat Claire Jones and independent Alana LeBlanc. He has said he would continue his work as a “culture warrior” if reelected to the state House. During a forum with the other candidates he said if there was only one piece of legislation he could introduce it would be about immigration.

"I am both grateful for and humbled by the extraordinary 27 point victory these voters delivered for us," Bulso said. "I congratulate Claire Jones on a very well run race. She fought passionately for the causes that animated her campaign but did so at all times with grace and dignity. Now that the voters have spoken, I look forward to returning to returning to Nashville to work on behalf of all my constituents."

Jones conceded the race with a statement: "We put our whole hearts into this race and this is a tough result. I’m extremely grateful to everyone who knocked doors, made calls and donated to this race, but in the end, it wasn’t there. Congratulations to Rep. Bulso on his reelection, and to the people in our community who feel underrepresented, don’t lose heart. Our voices matter, so keep speaking up and keep showing out."

LeBlanc also shared a statement: "I’m really proud that I stepped up to run this race. As a first-time candidate, running as an Independent, in a very red district, I knew it was going to be challenging. But this is just my first run. I’ve grown and learned so much and now I know what I need to be successful next time around. I want to congratulate Representative Bulso on his victory and wish him great success over the next couple years. And I want to thank all those who supported me during on this journey."

State Rep. Jake McCalmon (R-Franklin) has won reelection in the district for the first time after facing off with Democratic candidate and OBGYN Laura Andreson. McCalmon has said his platform is protecting children and improving infrastructure.

"I'm humbled and honored that the great people of Eastern Williamson County, House District 63, are happy to send me back to represent them," McCalmon told Williamson Scene at the local Republican watch party at the Hilton Cool Springs. "I think tonight was a resounding message to my opposition that says the values that I stand for, the values that I ran on, are the values that represent this county."

McCalmon won more than 28,000 votes with all vote centers reporting in the unofficial results. Andreson earned more than 13,000 votes.

Gov. Lee-endorsed GOP candidate Lee Reeves has earned the seat over Democratic candidate LaRhonda Williams. He's a new face for the county after former Rep. Sam Whitson decided he would not run again. Reeves beat fellow Republicans Brian Beathard and Michelle Foreman for the seat during the primary in August.

"It's the end of a long road and I'm glad to have the team around me that I did and just happy to be able to represent my district and do it well, and we'll be working hard every day to do that," Reeves said in Franklin at Sen. Marsha Blackburn's watch party.

"I've been trying to develop some ideas about what the legislative priorities will look like. But I said in the primary campaign, and it remains, that illegal immigration is really the top issue in my district and that's something that we'll be working on very hard to put together some bills and work with other members to make sure that we support bills that demagnetize the state of Tennessee."

State Sen. Joey Hensely (R-Hohenwald) has defended his long-held seat against Democratic candidate James Dallas. District 28 covers just a small portion of Williamson County, but includes Spring Hill and part of Thompson's Station.

Via a post on X, formerly Twitter, James Dallas said: "Thank you to the 25,000+ voters who put their trust in me. I fell short. We can do better. But it was a heck of a ride. Congratulations to Dr. Hensley on his win tonight."
