1. Leiper’s Fork Distillery

This small batch distillery features a “grain-to-glass” philosophy emphasizing locally-farmed ingredients. The distillery’s tasting room is inside a converted 200-year-old log cabin.

2. Stable Reserve Distillery

412 Main St,

Franklin, TN 37064

Although the actual distilling of the spirits takes place outside of the historic (and potentially flammable) downtown area of Franklin, Stable Reserve’s tasting room is where to go to sample their line of bourbons, rye whiskey and other spirits. They also offer cocktails, coffee, live music, private tastings and bottle blending experiences.

3. Company Distilling

Previously the H Clark Distillery, this location became the first legal distillery in Williamson County in more than a century when it opened in 2020. Visitors can sample the entire range of Company products, including from their other locations in Townsend and Lynchburg.

4. Curio Brewing Company

From coffee in the morning to happy hour with 20 beer taps flowing, Curio is an all-day destination. Food trucks provide the eats, and the brewers at Curio offer a wide range of regional and international beer styles.

5. Mill Creek Brewing Co.

Mill Creek produces more than a dozen craft beers, ciders and seltzers at any given time, and their family-friendly taproom offers pints alongside a full food menu and a golf simulator.

6. Hop House TN Taps

With more beer taps than anywhere else in the county, Hop House is the spot to sample beers from access the state and a few regional and international favorites. They’re also known for their famous Black Truffle Burger and “Fatty Patty Melt.”

7. Leiper’s Fork House of Spirits

Franklin, TN 37064

Newly opened in the former home of The Grilled Cheeserie, Leiper’s Fork House of Spirits offers samples of the distillery’s full line of whiskeys alongside gin and vodka from like-minded independent distilleries in other states. Cocktails and a full food menu are also on offer at the House of Spirits.
