PumpkinFest

PumpkinFest 2024

Thousands of people will gather in Franklin for the 40th time this weekend, as The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County presents PumpkinFest.

Touted as Middle Tennessee’s largest fall festival, PumpkinFest is set to run from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Oct. 25. This year, the festival is once again planning three stages.

During the 2024 event, more than 140 arts and crafts vendors lined the streets, in addition to more than 30 food and beverage options. It hosted 115,000 people in 2023, and anticipates a similar number of vendors this year.

Acts on the main stage include Rocky Top Revue, the School of Rock and Poor Lisa, among other dance and music groups. PumpkinFest will host a costume contest at 12:30 p.m., and a costume contest especially for pets at 4 p.m. on the main stage as well.

The Franklin Transit Shuttle will be available for $1 each way with pickup locations at Harlinsdale Farm and Franklin High School. There is also limited parking downtown.

The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, a historical preservation society based in Franklin, also presents the Main Street Festival and Dickens of a Christmas annually.

The Williamson Scene is a media sponsor for PumpkinFest.
