Nashville-based restaurant group Up Hospitality Partners has opened its first Williamson County location of a new dining concept, Karrington Rowe.

Karrington Rowe is located at 330 Franklin Rd. Ste. 913D in Brentwood. According to a release, the restaurant can hold 130 guests and includes a main dining area, bar and dedicated space for semi-private events up to 30 people. UHP states the restaurant will have 30 employees.

The restaurant is designed to be a place for connection and "elevated yet approachable dining." The menu includes small plates such as veal ricotta meatballs, butternut squash fritters or the dip duo featuring hummus and pimento cheese. Main courses include pan-seared salmon with a chili plum glaze, hoisin marinated pork chops and filet mignon. The lunch menu shares options such as French onion soup, arugula salad and a seasonal white fish sandwich.

Inclusive for patrons with dietary preferences, there is a dedicated gluten-free menu showcasing chorizo-stuffed dates and coconut curry shrimp as well as vegetarian options such as an Asian noodle salad and garden patch pasta. The bar includes craft cocktails, local beer and a wine list curated to pair with the menu.

UHP already operates Germantown Café in Germantown and Park Cafe in Sylvan Park. They also own Fancy Sandy's, a walk-thru window on 5th Avenue in Nashville. The company is led by managing partners Sean Lyons and GR Boone as well as executive chef and partner Jeffrey Martin.

"We are so excited to officially be open in Williamson County," Lyons said in the release. "Karrington Rowe was created with residents, colleagues and families in mind. From business lunches and happy hours to date nights, family dinner and private events, our space serves a variety of needs. We are thrilled to be a part of the Brentwood community as the newest neighborhood staple."

Karrington Rowe is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and opens at 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. A brunch menu is served on the weekend until 3 p.m.
