Slim & Husky's Pizza Beeria will open in 2024 at The Factory at Franklin.

The Nashville-based "hip-hop-inspired menu of artisanal pizzas and craft beer" currently operates 15 dine-in and carry-out locations across Tennessee, Georgia and California, and construction on the Franklin location will begin this winter.

“The Slim & Husky’s Team is excited about our latest move to Franklin,” co-founder and chief marketing officer Clint Gray said. “As a brand created to serve the community, it is exciting to be a part of The Factory at Franklin where we have such great neighbors. Our team is looking forward to meeting new friends, families, and pizza lovers throughout Williamson County.”

Slim and Husky's also operates a catering service and nationwide delivery, and in 2023 the chain was named a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Restauranteur award.

Indiana-based Holladay Properties purchased The Factory at Franklin in 2021 for $56 million.

“They’ve set the standard for what a business can achieve while also raising the tide for those around them, and we’re grateful that they’re bringing that vision to Franklin.”

The Factory at Franklin is in the middle of a complete renovation project which includes other future restaurants such as Hattie B's and Daddy's Dogs, in addition to the recently-opened Turner Theater.
