WCSO launches revamped website

The Williamson County Sheriff's Office has launched a new website that aims to offer a more simplified resource for citizens.

The revamped site features the ability to sign up for public safety and community event email notifications, submit records requests and crime tips, as well as access crime maps, identity theft resources, the internet crime complaint center, sex offender registry, and search for job openings with the department, among other resources.

"Our goal with the website is to provide transparency between our office and the public,” WCSO Public Information Officer Lt. Becky Coyle said. “We want the public to understand how this office serves the community, residents, and visitors. We want our community members to have the information they need, when they need it.”
