Franklin Police arrest 18-year-old in fatal Saturday night shooting

An 18-year-old has been charged with criminal homicide following a Saturday night shooting in Franklin.

Franklin Police have released limited information about the shooting that they said killed one unidentified person in the area of McKay's Mill. Police would not identify the victim or confirm the victim's age or gender.

18-year-old Matthew Roufail was arrested and booked in jail on a $150,000 bond in what police called an “isolated incident.”
