The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County has elected Bo Segers to the role of board chair. Segers, general counsel at financial consulting firm The Breakaway League, has been part of the board since 2023 and will lead its efforts in 2026. 

The foundation also added seven new members to its board:  

  • Roy Brown, Retired Police Officer, Franklin Police Department   

  • Lori Donaldson, CEO and Partner of Current Marketing Solutions

  • David Garrett, Trial Attorney at Garrett, Talley and Thorington

  • Joe Jennings, Affiliate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty

  • Frank Kelton, Retired Owner of San Luis Ambulance

  • Lauren Murphy, Founder, Operation Fairy Godmother

  • Chris Walker, Founding Partner, The Poplar Group

  • Mark Sutton and Megan Alexander were both reelected to their board positions for a second term 

The Heritage Foundation is responsible for The Franklin Theatre and Downtown Franklin Association, which produces Main Street Festival, Pumpkinfest and Dickens of a Christmas yearly. It is also the umbrella organization over Preserve Williamson, The Moore-Morris History and Culture Center and Franklin Grove Estates & Gardens (with the latter currently under construction).  

“I’m proud to be trusted to lead the Board of Directors of the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County in what is shaping up to be the most significant and transformative phase in the organization’s nearly 60-year history,” Segers said in a press release. “Both our new and returning members to this Board are amongst the highest caliber individuals and most accomplished leaders in this community."

Christian School Slated for Arrington Area

Classical Christian school The Saint Constantine School is set to open a location in the Arrington area this fall. 

The school, which boasts a 100 percent college acceptance rate, according to a press release, is set to enroll 60 students from pre-K through high school in August. It is rooted in Eastern Orthodox Christian tradition but is open to families of all backgrounds, according to a release. An address has not yet been announced.  

The Saint Constantine School was founded in 2015 and enrolls 500 students at its first location in Houston. It has since opened campuses in Pittsburgh and Dallas. Tuition rates are around $16,000 per year, and tuition assistance is available. Anne Marie McCollum has been appointed head of school, and is holding an informational meeting on Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. at BrightStone, 3000 BrightStone Parkway.

“Our vision is education that forms the whole child — mind, body, and spirit,” McCollum said in a press release. “We are looking for families and partners who share our commitment to forming the next generation.”

H. Audrey Boutique Opens Second Location

McEwen Northside

Luxury women’s fashion boutique H. Audrey is planning a location at Cool Springs development McEwen Northside. 

It’s the second location for the Nashville-based boutique, which was founded in 2007 by musician and entrepreneur Holly Williams, the daughter of Hank Williams, Jr. Retail veteran Mitch Johnson took ownership of H. Audrey, including its Green Hills location, in 2024. 

“The brands we carry are not easily found outside of the city, which is why it was important for us to bring H. Audrey closer to customers in Williamson County,” said Johnson. “McEwen Northside was a clear choice when deciding to expand the H. Audrey brand. They have established themselves as a high-end shopping destination where we will certainly thrive.”

McEwen Northside is also the site of Hawkers and Culinary Dropout, among other food and retail options.
