Culinary Dropout offers classic American fare including ribs, fried chicken and pretzel bites alongside a beer and cocktail menu.
The business is planned to operate at 4020 Aspen Grove Drive in McEwen Northside near a cluster of restaurants including North Italia, Radish and Condado Tacos, according to the Phoenix-based company's website.
Fox Restaurant Concepts also recently opened its first Tennessee location of Flower Child and manages Dough Bird, which has a Green Hills location, and The Henry in 12South. The company also operates Blanco taco restaurant and debuted tequila bar Pushing Daisies in Nashville.
The closest Culinary Dropout locations are located in Indianapolis and Birmingham, but the brand also has established a presence in Arizona, California, Colorado, North Carolina and Texas.
