A Nashville man has been charged with aggravated unlawful photographing of a minor following a Williamson County Grand Jury indictment.
Few details have been made public, but according to court records, 39-year-old Jeremy Foster Hawkins was arrested on Sept. 13, days after he was indicted on the charge which stems from a May 4 incident in a Franklin bathroom.
Hawkins allegedly photographed an unidentified 11-year-old child "in a state of nudity" for "the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification."
No other information about the incident, including where the bathroom was located, has been made public.
Hawkins was booked in jail on a $50,000 bond and has retained a private attorney. He is scheduled to return to court in January 2025.
