Female Democratic candidates to host meet and greet Oct. 19 at Brentwood Library

A slew of female Democratic candidates will meet with voters outside of the John P. Holt Brentwood Library on Oct. 19.

The free event will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and include meet and greets with U.S. Senate candidate and state Rep. Gloria Johnson (D-Knoxville), Congressional candidates Megan Barry and Maryam Abolfazli, and state House candidates Claire Jones, Laura Andreson, LaRhonda Williams and Teri Mai.

The event takes place during early voting, which runs from Oct. 16-31. More information about voting in the upcoming Nov. 5 general election can be found online here.
