After six years in Nashville, Green Apple Strategy has moved to downtown Franklin.
Owner and Chief Strategist Samantha Pyle said she began the company after working in corporate strategy in piecemeal fashion.
“I really saw the importance of doing a strategic plan on the front end,” she said.
Green Apple, located at 223 4th Avenue North in what they have termed “the Orchard House,” develops plans for companies, managing implementation including website design and development, email marketing, blogging, event planning, and media relations.
After having offices in downtown Nashville then Berry Hill, Pyle, who lives in College Grove, said she wanted to cut down on time spent in traffic, and was drawn to the familial atmosphere of downtown Franklin merchants.
“In looking for property, we specifically were looking on Main Street or walking distance from Main Street to truly become part of the community,” Pyle said.
Moving into the space in February, the company has become a part of the Downtown Franklin Association (a branch of the Heritage Foundation), the Williamson, Inc. Chamber of Commerce, and the Franklin Noon Rotary. Pyle also said she has become involved in the recently created Franklin Locals program.
The Orchard House is located in the historic Clark House, which the company is promoting for leading and facilitating strategy sessions. Green Apple is also partnering with Puckett’s, Franklin Mercantile Deli, Frothy Monkey, and Taziki’s for full-service catering as they host companies for retreats or lunch and learns.
