Ruby Sunshine

Having visited Ruby Slipper in New Orleans, I got excited when the out-of-state concept of Ruby Sunshine entered the chat in downtown Franklin. Located on the Public Square, I enjoy finding a front-door spot on a Sunday and walking my way into a fabulous breakfast. Throughout the years, I have worked my way through the menu, trying every benedict, taco and avocado toast offered. You can’t go wrong with anything you order, particularly grits (add goat cheese and you’ll thank me later). I never leave hungry or dissatisfied. I don’t suspect you will either.
