Henry Cruz

Watching Henry Cruz play onstage is just about as mesmerizing as hearing him play, bending strings and twisting fingers in ways that I’ve never seen before. The Nashville native grew up in an artistic family, learning how sound works at a very early age. He knows how to work a stage, and you can often find him ripping up the stages at Kimbro's Pickin’ Parlor and Fox and Locke, playing a mix of his own songs and the songs of whoever he’s playing with in that moment. He’s a hard figure to miss, with long hair and tall stature making his way around Williamson County to play just about any chance he can get. He’s played at some prominent events around town this year, like the Pilgrimage Kickoff Party at Kimbro's where a packed house sat with looks of complete awe of Cruz’s guitar wizardry. Since the release of his first record, The Big Nashville Record, in 2025, Cruz has only grown in popularity. He’s known around the Franklin music scene as one of the best guitarists we’ve got in town.
