The Honeysuckle in Franklin is closed after 10 years, with owner POP Hospitality Group framing the move as an evolution of the restaurant.

“We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be closing our current chapter to make way for an exciting new concept coming soon,” POP Hospitality's Kelly and Caroline Black said in a news release. “Our heartfelt thanks go out to our loyal patrons and dedicated employees who have been part of this journey.”
The restaurant opened in August 2015 its last day in operation was May 24. The announcement does not give any details on what the next concept in the Cool Springs location will be or an opening date. POP also operates three Nashville restaurants: The Treehouse, The Row Kitchen and Pub, and NashHouse Southern Spoon and Saloon. POP said in the release that any remaining gift cards will be honored at the sister concepts.
Earlier this year, The Honeysuckle was featured in our She Who Feasts column and the Williamson Scene will continue to follow news of the new restaurant.
