Riddle will lead the Nashville office and focus on building the Tennessee region.

Riddle has been with the company since 2016, leading its Inland Empire office in California.

“What excites me about this new role is the challenge,” Riddle said in the release. “I’ll be building staff, culture, and relationships. It’s going to be an awesome challenge. My favorite company value here is ’WE own it.’ We’re a 100% employee-owned ESOP business, so it refers to literal ownership. But it’s also about how we do business. We do what we say we are going to do.”

Since coming to the Nashville area in 2014, W.E. O'Neil Construction has built projects such as such as Motif on Music Row, Murfreesboro Housing Authority’s Oakland Court, and a new office building for TDOT.
