Christmas comes early in Franklin as Made South Market Events celebrates its 10th Annual Holiday Market.
On November 22 and 23, more than 60 vendors from throughout the South will come to Liberty Hall inside The Factory to deliver holiday magic.
Named “the best holiday market in the state of Tennessee,” by Food and Wine Magazine. This two-day event brings makers, craftsmen, and artisans together to celebrate the season. Booths include home goods and jewelry that will make unique gifts for the giving season and foods and beverages to enjoy as shoppers walk around.
Friday evening Made South hosts a VIP Party for those over 21 featuring Dread River Distilling cocktails, chef tastings and live music. Tickets for shopping on Saturday are split into two opportunities with morning tickets providing entry for the whole day and afternoon tickets starting at 1:00 p.m.
This year a portion of the proceeds from the Maker’s Market will benefit One Generation Away, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing food to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
This family friendly event will be free to children 12 years and under. Tickets will not be available at the door Friday night and tickets on Saturday must be purchased with a credit or debit card.
“When we hosted the first ever Made South Holiday Market in 2015, our mission was to shine a spotlight on some of the finest makers and artisans in all the South, and encourage guests to do all of their holiday gift shopping with these small businesses who are putting their heart and soul into the goods they make,” Chris Thomas, founder of Made South Holiday Market, said in a release. “A decade later, that mission is as strong as ever, and we couldn't be more excited about hosting the 10th Annual Made South Holiday Market right here in our hometown of Franklin.”
